History

CI Edge is a endeavor of USAV and ProSource. The idea for CI Edge arose from a strong conviction that small and midsize commercial integrators (generally $3 to $10 million in annual revenue) are underserved in terms of banding together to improve purchasing power and business practices. Historically, USAV has provided buying power and support for commercial integrators in $12 to $25 million revenue range and ProSource has provided programs and support for integrators in the residential marketplace. But after market analysis and focused discussions in late 2014 and early 2015, these two organizations developed an idea to create a dedicated company to serve small to midsize commercial integrators.

CI Edge launched in October 2015 offering commercial integrators access to a powerful set of benefits. CI Edge offers membership opportunities to ProSource Dealers who conduct business in the commercial technology integration marketplace, as well as other small to midsize commercial integrators thought the country.
